Important information about your card

Effective October 7, 2026

In an emergency, call 911 first. A KiddoReady card helps caregivers and responders find information. It does not replace emergency services.

United States only

KiddoReady is built for families in the United States. Every card prints 911 and US Poison Control (1-800-222-1222), and phone numbers use the US +1 format. Those emergency numbers don't work in other countries, so don't use a KiddoReady card outside the US.

Not medical advice

KiddoReady is a tool for organizing and printing information you provide. It does not give medical advice, check information, or monitor your child. Talk to your pediatrician about what belongs on your child's card, especially for allergies, conditions, and medications.

You're responsible for accuracy

  • The card shows exactly what you enter. We can't check it for mistakes.
  • A blank field prints as "Not provided," never as "none." If your child has no known allergies, say so.
  • Review your card regularly and print a new one when anything changes, especially after a pediatrician visit or a medication change. Old printed cards and QR codes don't update.

Think about who can see it

Anyone holding a printed card, or scanning its QR code, can read what's on it. Include what a caregiver needs and leave out anything you wouldn't want a stranger to see if the card were lost.

Provided as is

KiddoReady is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We aren't responsible for how printed cards or the information on them are used, or for outcomes in an emergency.
